Thank you for your comment! They will increase your traffic. I know that personally! Go to the post and sign up they are free. As far as you being 16 I do not know I am sorry. I don't remember reading anything that says you have to be 18 or anything I know there are a couple that ask for your date of birth so maybe. If I where you I would check them out I have seen other posts and blogs of Young people under 18 and they have affiliate programs and addsense on there blogs.
